Good experience though the stuff dont really tidy so many dusty corners at the metcourt and wifi doesnt work in most of the room there is no wifi outside of the hotel ...

My stay at The Grand Palm Hotel was truly excellent! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, making for a very relaxing experience. What really stood out was the fantastic location – it was so easy to get around and explore the area, which made my trip completely stress-free. On top of that, the service was absolutely top-notch; every member of staff I encountered was friendly, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay. I couldn't have asked for more

Had a very pleasant stay at The Grand Palm Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the food was great. Loved the peaceful garden and pool area. Some parts of the hotel feel a bit dated, but overall it’s a solid choice in Gaborone. Would definitely stay again!
Absolutely gorgeous grounds and hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back. The food was fabulous! Drinks on par! Enjoys lattes every morning while sitting poolside. This place was worth it for sure! The 24hr casino was a lot of fun and is a huge bonus to the space.
The Palm was amazingly stunning, only downside was the restaurant service, drastically needs to pull up their socks. It was more like the HUNGER GAMES waiting for that order 😅😅🤣🤣
